Thanks for your help. I would really like to have 1 suggestion is
dansguardian still in development & is it graphical based & nicely
customisable i really dont mean customisation in terms of coding &
things. The rules which would be customised would only be url
blockings to all the people & certain ips with full internet access
thats the only thing thats required.

I was thinking of changing my server based from redhat to untangle it
seems to be a good alternative & an all in 1 solution to each & all my
problems i would really need suggestions from our esteemed group.
