From past couple of years of experience in this arena, I have found
that it is easier to introduce the Linux desktop to those who have no
prior computer experience at all and toughest to those with "20 years
of Windows desktop experience." It is the latter group that resists
the switch and also a good majority of them have no qualms in using
warez.
