Warez would be 90% if not higher. The finance sector is full of warez. The 
ones not using warez have to justify the bad spend by throwing good money to 
cover up.

It's only after a few cycles of coverups AND a disaster, that people take the 
plunge, IF they have a linux savvy vendor.
